It is one of the projects that attracts local and foreign investors, as the project consists of 8 buildings (towers) and one 5-star hotel, shopping malls and restaurants. More than 35% of the project was sold by foreign investors. The construction work of the project continues to complete the second phase, which contains 5 buildings, 700 housing units. The second phase will be delivered in 2018, and the revenue price per square meter is expected to be 3-4 Turkish liras. The sales of apartments 1 + 1, 1 + 2.5 have been completed in the project.
