The levels of total real estate sales to foreigners in Turkey during the past 11 months of 2020 are still below the level they achieved in the same period last year, 2019.
The number of sales in the period from the first to the eleventh month of 2019 amounted to about 40,616 properties, while in the same period this year 36,819 properties, meaning the difference between the two statistics is still 3797 properties, i.e, the amount of decrease is -9.34%.
