The value of real estate sales in Turkey amounted to more than 73.5 billion Turkish liras in July of the year 2020, and this volume of sales is one of the most important signs of the recovery of the real estate sector in Turkey in a remarkable way.
Due to the spread of the Coronavirus and the application of strict government measures in this regard, the volume of real estate sales in April and May decreased by nearly 50% compared to the statistics of the same months last year.
But on the other hand, this deficiency was compensated by the increase in the volume of real estate sales in Turkey during the months of June and July by 156%.
Real estate sales increased more in the states of Istanbul, Ankara, and İzmir, but in terms of real estate sales volume, Mugla had the highest sales volume.
Istanbul has always had its distinguished position. This promising Turkish state recorded the largest number of properties sold during this month, as about 39,432 properties were sold during this month, at an average of 1,314 houses per day.

As for the state of Mugla, which has a charming tourist nature, and is known for its vitality at all economic levels, especially the real estate sector, real estate investment in Mugla is of great importance at the level of tourism in the first place.
The volume of real estate sales in Mugla in July 2020 amounted to about 2.2 billion Turkish liras (about 298 million US dollars).
The number of real estate sales in Mugla during this month reached about 3,237 properties, an average of 108 houses sold per day.
