يحق لصاحب الشركة الذي يؤمن فرص العمل تشغيلية لـ 50 مواطناً تركياً الحصول على الجنسية التركية، بعد أن كان في السابق يشترط عليه تشغيل 100 مواطن.

شروط الحصول على الجنسية التركية عبر توظيف 50 شخص تركي

  • Having a residence permit in accordance with subparagraph (j) of the first paragraph of Article 31 of the Law on Foreigners and International Protection No. 6458.

  • The existence of a residence permit "turquoise card", which gives its foreign holders the right to reside and work permanently, and not have to renew the residence every year.

  • Registration of employees in the Turkish Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Services

  • A pledge not to reduce the number of 50 Turkish employees for a period of 3 years, and here the Turkish government grants you within this decision the right to obtain Turkish citizenship.

  • Obtaining the necessary permissions from the Turkish Ministry of Labor to apply for the Turkish citizenship file for the investor, his wife and children under the age of eighteen.

  • The absence of an obstacle that threatens the Turkish national security of the applicant

  • The Turkish Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Services determines foreigners who have provided employment opportunities for 50 Turkish citizens, to grant them Turkish citizenship, by a decision of the President within the scope of subparagraph (b) of the first paragraph, Article 12 of Law No. 5901.
