  •  You will be taken to a new window and an SMS will be sent to your number, contain the confirmation code

  • Enter the confirmation code in the new window

  • By that, you have completed all steps of connecting your transport card with the HES code in Turkey


Connecting the transportation card to the HES through the passport 

For residents who have not yet obtained a residence permit in Turkey, they can link the transportation card with the HES code through the same link, where an option appears written in Turkish: 

Yabancı Pasaport Numarası ile işlem yapmak istiyorum.

And it means: I want to link via the foreign passport number 

Click on the checkmark next to ​​this option

Steps for connecting the Aintab transportation card with the HES code

Likewise, in the state of Gaziantep, a decision was taken to make it mandatory to connect the transportation card in the state with the HES code number, according to the following steps:

  • Enter the following data

  •  Point to the small box below the options

  • Then click on the green rectangle at the bottom that says    Tanımla

  • After that, a text message is sent  SMS to your phone number, it is the confirmation code

  • Enter the confirmation code

  • By doing so, you have connected the transportation card in the state of Gaziantep with your HES code.


Steps to connect the Antalya transportation card with the HES code

First of all, it is necessary to enter the transport card link in Antalya, the Antalya Kart  And you will have a window similar to the one we talked about regarding the Gaziantep card, do the same previous steps

  • Enter the transportation card information / residence card number / phone number

  • Confirm the request

  • After receiving the confirmation code, enter it as well

Steps to connect the transportation card to other states with the HES code

The previous steps are followed for the transportation card in each of the following states:

  •  Istanbul

  •  Ghazi Eintab

  •  Antalya

This is due to the presence of mandatory decisions in those states to connect the transportation card for citizens, foreign residents and refugees with the HES, as for the rest of the Turkish states, the matter is not mandatory, but it is possible to connect in any case according to the following method:

Either a Turkish identity TC Vatandaşı, That is, “you have Turkish citizenship”

  •  After that, choose the state that carries its transport card

  • You will be taken to another window, and you will be asked to enter a confirmation code

  • As usual, the confirmation code will be sent as an SMS to your phone number

Now, the transportation card you carry is linked to the HES code on a regular basis.

 

Important notes

  • The data must be entered exclusively in Turkish or English, taking into account that the written information matches your residence card

  • Starting from 01/15/2021, any transportation card that is not linked to  the HES code will be void 

  • While entering the link, you may face pressure on the site due to the large number of users, so it is better to choose times when not everyone uses the site, for example after the midnight 12:00

  • An exclusive Turkish phone number must be used, and you can receive SMS messages on it
