Based on the previous statistics, we can talk about great progress in the real estate purchase sector in Turkey by foreigners, that is, at least this sector will maintain an average increase rate between 25 to 30% during the month of October.
That is, the number of properties sold to foreigners in Turkey during the month of October 2020 may reach at least 6,700 properties.
Due to the reduced risk of the Coronavirus and its spread in the country, as well as the return of many foreign countries to re-flights between them and Turkey, it opens more hopes for an increase in the demand for foreigners to buy real estate in Turkey.
Also, on a related level, the procedures for real estate ownership in Turkey via the Internet, and without the need for the personal presence of the buyer, have contributed and will subsequently contribute to increasing the number of real estate sales in Turkey, as this represents the ease of the ownership process.
The months of October and November of each year represent the peak of the demand for real estate ownership by foreigners, which means that the total number of real estate sales is likely to increase to reach the limits of 38 to 42 thousand properties for foreigners by the end of 2020, at least expected estimates.
